December 24, 2012 The digging continues.

Well, I'm back to working around the pond. Much to my surprise, it seems to be wrapped in the loving embrace of roots. All of the shrubbery really anchored themselves around that pond.

Highlight of the day, I found a jawbone to some kind of animal. Sadly, not a T-rex. I think it might be an opossum., though. Regardless, it compelled me to break out the 'good' camera and macro lens and attempt some artsy shots. I love the texture of the background mixing with the bone. Interesting how the bone's color blends in so well. I even added an artsy border on the last one.
