January 2, 2013 Trimming the pond continues.

As I dig around the pond, I keep finding rocks that were originally used as decorations but were slowly covered by time.

The rocks that I've found so far. The big one on the left is a free loader from another digging event.

And, yet, another stump. This one is located between the pond and the first terrace. I originally encountered it when I was leveling the yard on the same plane closest to the house. I left it, because I couldn't find its edge. I, also, thought that it would be out of the way. Apparently, not. Just look at this thing so far. Just what is its shape?
