Not much to report today. Just some reference photos. One should note the flat lighting in many of my posts. That's an indicator of how cloudy and rainy it's been this summer. It's frustrating that I'm not able to take advantage of it and start water harvesting, both passive and active.

If you have been following this blog, you may not remember how the yard looked when I first arrived. The images below should indicate the level of work done so far.

From this point, I will be referring to the concrete blocks as 'urbanite.' The yard looks much bigger in these pictures. I guess the old adage is true, the camera adds ten feet.

My tentative plan is to build circular walls around each pear tree, thus isolating them as mini-terraces and not requiring any substantial design overhauls for this section.
